Which other areas (outside of downtown Montreal) do you service?
EnVille alos desserve the West-Island and North Shore area.  If you do not find an apartment or location, while browsing our website, please contact one of EnVille's representative and we will do the search for you, at no cost. 
What is the shortest stay you accept?
We only accept one(1) month minimum stay.
If my stay is a long term (1 year or more), will I get a discount?
For stays between six(6) to twelve (12) months a discount is given and it varies form property to property.
Do you supply baby or infant furniture?
Upon request, we can supply a crib with linens and blanket. High chairs are also available.  These items will be billed separetly from the rent.
Can I bring my pet?
Some of our locations are pet friendly.  Cats that are not declawed are not accepted.  Pet fees are $250.  Please, call our office to know availabilities and locations.
Is parking included in the rent?
Parking is alway optional and prices vary from $ 150 to $230/mth.
Do I have to supply a credit card even if my Company pays the rent?
The occupant's credit card is mandatory.  It is requested for incidentals, damages that might occur in the apartment and for long distance charges.
Do I have to insure my personal belongings while renting your apartment?
EnVille is insured for civil responsibility.  The occupant must subscribe to an insurance to cover all personal belongings.
Will I be able to do long distance calls and how will I be charged?
All of the telephone lines in our apartments are unblock to permit long distances.  We do offer rebate plans with Primus Canada, to specified countries.  Once we receive bills from our provider, we charge you the exact amount that we are billed, on your credit card.  We also can send you via email a copy of all your long distance calls.  Administration fees of 3.5% are applicable for all transaction made with a credit card.
Will I be able to download/upload data and how will I be charged?
We provide High Speed Internet in all of our apartments.  Some properties that we outsource may not have unlimited uploads and downloads.  Please check with our office to know which package comes with your apartment.
You provide basic cable, how can I get additional TV channels?
We provide extended cale TV channels.  If you would like certain specific channels, you have to contact our office and our clientele service department will be pleased to order new channels to your specific needs.  Extras fees will be billed on your credit card.
Who do I call if I have a problem with something in my apartment?
An EnVille representative is available 7 days a week, even after office hours.  For any emergencies or questions pertaining to the apartment, check-in and check-out, you can contact us at (514) 931-7030. 
What do I do if I am not satisfied?

It is EnVille's utmost priority that all our clients are satisfied.  If there is an issue, whatsoever, please contact one of our representative and we will make sure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
