Send us pictures of your property and your contact information by e-mail:

1. Contact our Montreal representatives to schedule an appointment

2. Have your property evaluated for rent or for sale

3. Sign a Rental Agreement

4. Inventory furniture and equipment

5. Completion of a property description form

6. Posting of the property on the EnVille website

Membership cost for posting your property on EnVille's website

An annual membership fee of $200.00 includes a property description and a photomontage on our website.

*We will  only accept properties from owners who will agree to have pictures of their apartment taken by our professional photographer.  The pictures will be EnVille's property and no other parties, including the owner, will be allowed to use them for advertising.  If this agreement is not respected, EnVille will retrieve the advertisement of the apartment, from their website.  Membership fee will not be reimbursed.

Rental Costs for Relocation Services Montreal

EnVille will be your single point of contact for effortless and stress free rentals. With our own bank of corporate clients and our relocation service department, EnVille is pleased to offer the owners the property visits to any eventual clients.  EnVille will take the responsibility to inform the property owner of any questions that might arise from the occupant concerning the apartment. Rental payments, incidentals if any, will be EnVille’s responsibility, not the occupant.  A security deposit or letter of guaranty will be given by EnVille to the owner.
