PROCEDURES FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES
- Sending us photos of your property and your contact information by e-mail;
- Contact by one of our representatives to schedule an appointment;
- Evaluation of the property for rent or for sale;
- Signature of a Rental Agreement;
- Furniture and equipment inventory;
- Property description form;
- Posting of the property on our website.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
Membership fee of $200.00 + taxes per year includes property description form, montage and display of your photos on our website.
RENTALS, SALES AND MANAGEMENT COSTS
RENTALS
EnVille will be your single point of contact for less trouble and stress for you. We will take care of the property visits and will be responsible for the rental payments to the owner. We will guaranty a security deposit through EnVille's credit card service.
Fees: 10 % of total booking
SELLING
EnVille has a team of professional real estate agents working in the various areas of the greater Montreal area. We have selected the best agents in each sector to ensure that you get great listings, the best value for your property and professional sales.
Commission: 6 % to 7 %
MANAGEMENT
For property owners who are out of the country or simply do not have time to manage their property, EnVille offers great assistance through the following services:
Rental service;
Payment of tax and condo fees;
Deposits to your account;
Repairs and maintenance;
Renovations;
Etc.
Management fees vary from 5 % to 10 % depending on services required.
